Values of Yoga :-
"Yoga
is an invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition and embodies the unity of
mind and body, thought and action, restraint, and fulfilment," said
Narendra Modi, a member of the UN General Assembly.
The harmony of man and
nature, as well as a wholistic strategy for health and wellbeing. It's not
about moving; rather, it's about realising your unity with the rest of the
world and with nature. This can help us combat climate change and work to
establish an international yoga day.
